We can offer predictable, fixed-price cleaning for your managed properties.
The negotiated fixed price is based on the expected / committed volume of cleans, the size of the properties, the location(s), expected cleanliness, and other additional factors such as the average minimum bond collection - to evaluate if a recovered bond can at minimum fund a clean.
As always, want to ensure the price is mutually beneficial for both us and your agency, allowing for long-term partnership.

As an agency or management team, you need the ability to quickly and reliably book a clean when it’s needed.
Be provided access to an instant booking portal, with your custom fixed rate.
Centrally manage, reschedule or cancel all your bookings via the portal.
Email and SMS reminders are provided to track bookings and payments.

As an agency or business, you need more flexibility on how your pay for your cleans.
Have the option to use a Credit or Debit Card, Bank Transfer, or even in-person cash payment.
Extended payment terms and periods can be negotiated. For example, payment in arrears, payment terms up to 90-days, etc.
Invoices and/or receipts can also be provided with specific accounting information, if required.

Beyond being able to manage your bookings online, agencies may be provided:
Reduced or removed booking deposits.
Last-minute no-fee rescheduling allowances.
Access to book cleans outside of standard business hours.
Options subject to negotiation.

As an agency or management team, you need assurances and receipt of cleaning.
Part of the fixed-price negotiation, you may specify specific cleaning requirements and outcomes. These can be included into an agreed contract or terms and conditions. Acceptance of such requirements are subject to review by YourLocalCleans.
For bond cleans ordered by an agency, the Bond Back Guarantee is included by default. However, the Bond Back guarantee may be removed from an agreement subject to negotiation.

Custom cleaning schedules can be requested to suit business and agency needs. These may include cleaning outside of standard business hours, after hours, public holidays, etc.
These are subject to negotiation, the location(s) access restrictions, or the location(s) operational restrictions, etc.
