Removing general rubbish

Cleaning up general rubbish. Will be placed in the home’s bin. Does not cover removal of large (over 80cm) or heavy (over 5kg) items.

Packing dishwashers

Cleaning and packing of dishes into a dishwasher, collecting items from around the house.

Clothes Washing

Collecting and washing of clothes in the washing machine, loading into dryers, putting back into hampers.

There are countless tasks that a home might need completed, our cleaners will provide their best effort to address reasonable requests within the time allocated for a given service.

Do note, it is up to the discretion of the cleaner to deny any request if they are outside of their ability, they feel or deem it unsafe, or outside of general domestic tasks.

FAQs

  • We prioritise the tasks you need done most, within the time booked.

    In the Book Now, you can let us know the cleaning tasks you want done.

  • For example, you can book for:

    • Short essential clean (1.5h)

    • Extended house clean (4h)

    • Home spring clean (8h)

    • Multiple days (e.g., 3× 4h cleans on different days)

    • On-going (E.g., 4× 1.5h cleans per month)

      When you Book Now, you can choose these different options!

  • You do not need to be home!

    For this option, you need to let us know when booking. Additionally, you must leave the keys or an access code, and provide access instructions.

    If the cleaner is not able to access the premise, a 15 minute grace period to arrange access is provided to the customer. After this period, a partial refund will be issued (minus $50 AUD fee).

  • For standard house cleaning (non-bond cleaning), we will do our best to complete all the tasks specified in the Book Now form.

    However, please note that standard cleaning services do not include a bond-back guarantee. If you’re moving out and require a bond clean, we recommend booking our bond cleaning service.

    If the cleaner believes that additional time is needed to complete larger tasks, they will let you know early and provide a choice to extend the cleaning time (if scheduling allows).

  • Yes, subject to terms and conditions accepted on the booking form.

    You can rescedule or cancel up to the minimum time specified on the booking page.
